The carport looks great. You all did a good job. We were concern little when it started to snow that week end. We got 38". There was about 2 feet on the roof when all of a sudden the snow slid off.

Good morning. I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the look and durability of my carport! I initially ordered it before we had a major hurricane to hit our area. After hurricane Laura came, we were in need of the carport for storage, as our house was damaged. I was put on the schedule to be set up on Oct 9th. Low and behold, we were under mandatory evacuation Oct 8th due to a second hurricane (Delta) set to make landfall right over us. We finally got our carport completely set up on Oct 22 and I could not be happier. It looks great and we now have a place to store our belongings while we try to put a roof over our head. The installation crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased to say the least!!

I would give a five star to the installer, Jaun Ruiz. He was great. Did a good job and easy to work with. The four star is for the company and the lack of communication. The building has been up for only a few days but we like the look. Hopefully time will tell on the materials.
Terrible experience and property damage. The guys that installed the carport ran over my well, busting the block casting and damaging multiple sections. I reached out to eagle carports that day with little to no response. It has been 6 months now since the damage occurred and all they have done is ignore calls and emails and just give me the run around. I would not recommend this company to anyone just due to the fact they do not take responsibility or accountability
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Metal Carport Depot and Eagle Carports. I purchased two carports at the beginning of 2024, and on September 12, one of them collapsed before a storm even got bad. Despite their claims of quality and durability, the carport was poorly built and clearly unable to withstand normal weather conditions.When I tried to contact them about the warranty, it was a nightmare.• Warranty Issues: They have made the warranty process as difficult as possible. I’ve repeatedly reached out, only to be ignored or given the runaround.• Poor Quality Construction: The collapsed carport was clearly not built to the standards promised. I’ve since had concerns about the second carport I purchased as well.• Terrible Customer Service: Both Metal Carport Depot and Eagle Carports have failed to take responsibility, leaving me frustrated and with no resolution months later.I strongly urge others to avoid these companies. They don’t stand behind their products or honor their warranties. If I could leave 0 stars it would be very fitting. This company is a complete waste of time and youd think I'd have learned after the first transaction. It went somewhat ok. They didn't install as it was supposed to be and charged me cut fees and made no cuts that were needed. 2nd building they gave me 6 different show up times. After I explained to them that I couldn't take off more than 1 day to be there they still lied to me over and over about the crew and when they were coming. I wasted a whole day and several thousand in billable hours to wait on them. Well they showed up at 930 pm and worked on it till midnight. Me having to be up at 4am to head out for work . Then I have to go out and pay them and inspect the build in the dark. And it leaked of course. First rain ,due to missed screws and was out of plum . Poor install but I gave them yet a third chance. Today they were supposed to install another building. I was told noon for the show up time. Then told they didn't bring the correct materials or not enough material. I pleaded with the dispatching personnel to at all cost let's avoid this repeat. Well that didn't happen. I was given 2 more time frames and then told they'd get it today no matter what. I took today off again to be here to settle up and just got a call from the installer saying they aren't coming at all. It's 7pm . Well atleast I won't have to wait up all night again. Probably for the best. But I have bought dozens of buildings from Allen's factory outlet. Looks like I'll be going back to them. They show up and get things done. Should have never left them in the first place. Also Eagle isn't the most affordable out there. I own a construction company and we often install these carports as add ons. We have 4 more buildings needed and I assure you Eagle won't be doing them. Very Poor customer service and a very unreliable service team. I highly recommend Allen's factory outlet if you're in the market . Thatll be my first call tomorrow. I'll never do business with these clowns again.Fast forward a couple days. They offered 2.5% discount or the trouble. $less than $100 and was gonna come back Friday after Thanksgiving. Do you think they showed up ? Nope. Do you think they called ? Nope. Lady said the owner would call me . Do you think they called ? Nope. Shitty company to work with. I ordered 4 buildings with them had issues Everytime. The last one they just don't show up.
Awful service! Would never recommend! Had call them every day and ask for paperwork and ETA.They are only prompt when need you to pay!

Had an excellent install in a very tight spot for a cargo trailer. The crew communicated well, navigated through all the gates, installed fast, gathered their gear, and off they went. The four man crew made it look so simple but in reality those pieces are heavy. 12x25 carport standard

Update 10/29/24Just stay away from this pathetically run company. Beth Darisse made more unfulfilled promises than I can list. She should be embarrassed.Avoid this company!Unbelievably bad customer service and craftsmanship. The installers left empty screw holes, missfitting door, scratched paint and more. They made appointments to fix things, which meant I had to stay home, then they don’t show up. One time they showed up a 10 pm. Then after 4 trips they got most of it done.On the last trip they installed overhead door seals that only made contact when the door was open. A real joke of a job.I was supposed to get a refund for that aspect since it did not work, and after months I am now being ignored.

The crew showed up 8 hours late, the scheduling department never returned my phone calls, no one on the crew understands English so communicating with them is another issue.I had to contact the Authorized dealer to find out what was going on. Not a good way to do business. I am hoping the RV cover comes out ok based on the other reviews that are on here.

I am a disabled veteran and purchased a two car garage from Eagle Carport. Ever since I had electrical installed, both garage doors do not come down on a regular basis. This company sent workers to repair it twice and both times did not have the appropriate equipment (that was in May 2024). It is now August 2024 and they still have not repaired my doors! i've called them several times in the last time I called it was in July 2024. I have no other choice, but to take them to court.
If I could give the installers a 5 it would be a perfect 5 of 5. Now customer service on the other hand is horrible. Be aware before purchase and Installation of the color grid. My rep sent me a chart from 2019. The colors I received were completely different. Shades way different. Now I'm in a battle trying to get the correct color, all while my garage is half finished. Be cautious before selection.
I placed my order with Carolina Sheds. After they took my "non-refundable" deposit, they eliminated their handling of my order as this was now in Eagle Carports hands. I did not hear from anyone from Eagle Carports for over one week. I had to call four times to determine an installation date. I was finally on schedule for installation today at 7:30 am. I was told that someone would get back to me, but I had to call again at 10:00 a.m. today to find out what was going on.Again, no one called to tell me that they were not coming. No regard at all with anyone's schedule as this was the only time of year to visit my parents and I had to cut that visit short to ensure that I was here for the installation. It is not raining at all today. Needless to say, I am cancelling this order.UPDATE: Almost immediately after writing the first review, I heard voices in my back yard. The installation crew came without anyone informing me. They were very nice and efficient. I think lack of effort in keeping me informed is very unprofessional.
It's been a few months since my installation, and I'd assumed by now there would at least be a follow-up to ensure that everything went smoothly and that there were no issues. You'd imagine that spending so much on a building would inspire a certain amount of customer care. Sadly, after remitting the payment, I never heard from Eagle Carports again. Truthfully, during the sales process, I didn't speak to anyone over the phone. On the day of installation, some random crew of men from Texas showed up, barely speaking English. The building went up in less than a day and a half. The materials were cheap but decent enough for residential needs. They were put together with tremendous urgency, and much of the work was sloppy and poorly executed. They worked into the night, despite my being told this wouldn't happen I had to leave for work that evening, and once they completed the job, they refused to leave without my wife signing a paper indicating that she'd somehow inspected the work and was satisfied. It was impossible to determine this at the late hour. The poor workmanship was evident when the sun came up the next day, and the crew left tons of trash behind. I'm not just talking about minor scraps of material that were overlooked in the darkness. I'm talking garbage. Additionally, my backyard was littered with metal screws. To make matters worse, we've recently been experiencing heavy rains in my area, and the roof is leaking significantly each time. From start to finish, working with this company has been incredibly disappointing. Not worth what I paid. As you can see by the lack of response on this platform, they're not too concerned with any of this.
As someone with a fair amount of knowledge about the carport industry, this is the most trustworthy manufacturer. This company will ask that you have a building permit and they provide accurate blueprints.
Purchased a double car carport with automatic door openers. Within 6 months garage door began to malfunction and not open or I’d have to repeatedly press my remote to get door to close. I emailed AND called MICHAEL BRIDGES. He sent me directions to reset the door. It did not work and he quit responding to my emails and wouldn’t return my call. Told me to reach back out to him if directions did not work so he could start a work order. LIES!!! I called back repeatedly and spoke with some lady who informed me my warranty had expired on my door. I said no ma’am, it is not, Michael is suppose to be starting a work order and I need to set a day and time for them to come out and check it. She stated she had to speak with the maintenance supervisor and she never returned my calls and quit responding to my messages. It is sad to purchase something and be given the run around when it needs repairing BEFORE the warranty expires!! These people gave me the run around and now I’m stuck with a flimsy garage door that seemed to be defective according to Michael! STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! $12k for a garage with defective equipment and now to have to pay for someone else to come repair is asinine!!!
We love our building...very well built.....Tony and his crew were very professional.......they worked all day in the hot sun and delivered a beautiful garage. I would request Tony and his crew if we ever decide to add on to garage. The crew gave great customer servive.
Building install was great, However Customer Service to fix a garage door problem IS NOT. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now to get a part installed on my Garage door that was not done during the install and causing issues with my garage door.Eagle Carport, please return my calls/schedule a fix.
Purchased a garage from a reseller of Eagle Carports and the price was better than others, and sales support was great. Delivery and setup went well, although the installer made me sign a waiver due to a slight slope in back corner of concrete slab. Afterwards, i noticed a small issue with the 16x7 door opening in front not being even on both sides, and called the corporate office for assistance.Customer service team, especially Beth made sure that even though I had signed the waiver, that the issue would be resolved, and the team came back out to correct the issue. It was a 15 min fix for the team, and something I could have resolved myself, but felt the company wanted to make it right.Overall, this has been a great experience and as will all these metal buildings, the installer is the key, but the company standing behind the installers work, or mistakes and support the sales process is the most important.I recommend this company if you are looking for a solid building at a great price

It's been 2-1/2 months since I ordered a garage from Eagle Carports. I've had no status update, no permit has been pulled, and they're holding onto my deposit. Avoid this company and take your business to a reputable metal building business.
Edited to add: we have no had a THIRD scheduled install with no carport being installed. We will be cancelling our order. I’m done. We ordered this in OCTOBER 2023 and it’s now mid Jan ‘24. Their customer service is truly awful.Original Review: So far I can only speak to the delivery and install process of this business. We placed our order, paid our deposit and we were set up for delivery and installation. We made arrangements to be home for the install but they never showed up. After a few phone calls they let us know the previous installation had taken longer than anticipated and they would be there the next day. So once again we made arrangements and once again they did not show up. The driver was in an accident and so we’ve been told our carport was taken back to the warehouse. No one called to let us know or reschedule us and when I called I explained the difficulty of taking off work to be here and was told the installers are independent contractors and eagle carports is not responsible for them. No real apologies. Communication has only happened if prompted by US rather than them calling to let us know anything. It’s been very very frustrating. I do understand that unexpected things happen, but how it’s handled makes all the difference. And in this case I give Zero stars for customer service.
My garage building is barely 3 years old and the roof is leaking. They only warranty it for 90 days. The customer service department gave me the run around and want to charge me $ 300.00 to look at it.
RUN AWAY! Wish I could give zero stars. I would never do business with them again and certainly don’t recommend anyone else do so. I purchased a run-in for my horses in 2022. When I spoke to the salesman at the Moncks Corner, SC location he assured me that the building could withstand a category 3 hurricane and we would have ground anchors installed. Today, there was severe weather in South Carolina with winds around 30-40 miles an hour and the wind picked the building up and blew it apart. No anchors and when I dug out my order form, the salesman hadn’t added the ground anchors to the form. The crew who assembled it spoke no English, so I couldn’t verify anything. Thank the lord my animals were not hurt when the building was destroyed. They knew better than to be in it. Wish I had known it was so unsafe.
Was a very bad experience,especially after seeing all of thenegative youtube videos and BBB complaints of the buildquality. I began receiving sparse andbad communication after askingabout the videos and build quality.Canceled my order due to notwanting to risk dealing with a shadycompany. It's basically salesmen andwomen on eagle's end that make acommission and then it doesn'tmatter to them what happens afterthe sale. Mae and her boss Chris will stop at nothing to screw people over
We do NOT RECOMMEND Eagle Carports, Inc . We inquired about a carport for our business in the beginning of this year and they answered promptly and appeared professional with great reviews. Unfortunately, a few months after install the building uprooted and caved over during a mild rainstorm (which this building should have been able to withstand) and we reached out to the company to find out why? We suspect the installation was not correct, the structure had a flaw, or both. I have reached out several times each month via phone, e-mail, Facebook messenger, online website contact, and wrote to their physical address to the CEO, Mr. Gabriel Torres with NO HELP OR ANSWERS. It's interesting they were so quick to get us set up but when an unforeseen issue occurs we can't get the help or even an answer as to why this happened. I have given this company months to respond and make it right but since we are but a number to them, I have chosen to speak out!

Installers did damage to my gate comming onto my property and no one has contacted me as of this date to repair the damage.
I wanted to report a very satisfactory experience with Eagle Carports out of Mt Airy, NC. The reviews in 2020-2021 are horrible. I recently ordered a carport thru the local Eagle sales dealer, Tennessee Outdoor Solutions in Unicoi, TN. It was easy and communication was excellent. Within 54 business days I was notified by Eagle Carports the order was received. At about 10 days I was notified the order was in production and a call confirmed aspects of the order. Five days later I was notified that delivery and install would be within the next week. On a Friday I was called to confirm a delivery date for the next Thursday and the order reviewed and local conditions such as overhead lines or buried pipes/electrical, site material and level confirmed. No overhead danger and nothing buried. The surface was gravel with concrete footers in each corner. The installation team, ACUNA installations, arrived on time, unloaded and very professionally installed, leveled, and anchored the carport. They took about 2 1/2 hours and cleaned up work place very well. Eagle Carports of Mt. Airy, NC has certainly greatly improved their process in the last 3 years. It was excellent, easy, solid engineering and very good value.

I'm very pleased with our new RV carport, if I could give 10 stars I would! Tony & crew did an exceptional job starting with being in touch a few days prior to the install for directions and staying in touch on their way to my job site to addressing some concerns I had. The crew got there on time (actually a little early), they operated like a well oiled machine and were there and gone in just over 3 hours. Could not ask for better!
I had a 30x30 building installed….worst thing I’ve done. Was a headache from the start. Roof panels and parts of the building was not was I was under the impression I was getting(due some to the fact that I went through a dealer that was several states away. I’m in SC the dealer was in Alabama) that part I can deal with fine, I have been dealing with a roof leak for almost a year. They sent guys out to fix the problem they said something was bent and damaged and they did not have proper materials to fix and that the crew that did the install would have to come out, so they did eventually and said it was leaves and acorns on the roof that was causing the leak, FUNNY THEY CAME SOWN WITH A TUBE OF SILICONE…also adjusted the back trim piece. Now I’m still dealing with the leak and eagle carports is saying the building is too old to make a repair that it is past warranty….I have sent photos of water inside my building in multiple places and I feel like they should have records of how long this process has been going on and see that it has been the same issue. IF THEY STAND GOOD FOR IT AND FIX IT I MAY CHANGE MY MIND but as for now I would NEVER!!!!! use again and NEVER!!!! recommend this company to anyone. I would hate for someone to have to go through this process. Communication is terrible it has taken me over a week of calling to finally get them to tell me that it was too old and they don’t think they can issue a work order. I am a contractor and the reason for the building was because it was supposed to be fast and easy them set it up and it done…little did I know!!! I should have stick built it myself.And one thing for sure myself as a contractor customer satisfaction is very important and I personally take pride in every job, if this was my company I would be making sure this issue was fixed. Eagle Carports gets NO stars and terrible to work with in my book.

The phone staff and build staff are pleasant and happy, which reflects on a great business culture. Can't recommend them enough.
Central Texas summers are no joke but Giovanni Rivera’s crew has been out here building our building over the last two days without complaint. It’s over 100 degrees and they worked sunup to sundown to get this taken care of! The building is great and the crew was fantastic - I would recommend both to anyone looking for a a structure like this.
My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of our building, and our installers. We were at our build every day for four days. Jose and his erection crew were outstanding. They listened to our needs, and addressed all of our concerns. They had a very good eye for attention to detail. We highly recommend Eagle Carports. We would buy this building again, and are extremely happy with the sales team at Pro Metal Buildings and our manufacturer and erection crew at Eagle Carports.
