Post carport install report: Wow! Permit was just approved a week ago. Scheduling called Tuesday and asked if install was good for Thursday, 3/5. These guys rolled in and knocked a 30x24 out in 7 hours! Add in a few discrepancies on my end and they adjusted with no issues. I have been nothing but impressed from start to finish! Eagle Carports has been amazing! Duran installations are the hardest and fastest working individuals I’ve ever met. Thank you for the great work Juan, Jose, and Ray!

Carport was delivered and installed in 3 hours and I am very satisfied. The crew worked in unison, even while it was raining.

It was a pleasure working with the folks at Eagle Carports. The buying process was simple and they were able to answer all of my questions. A few scheduling conflicts, due to weather, were addressed quickly. The crew worked tirelessly and efficiently. They showed up on time and communication was great. A few details needed to be addressed after the completion to which Beth Darisse(customer service manager) handled quickly and professionally. I had tried other carport companies and nobody could get my permit for me from Jacksonville. Because of tabby‘s experience and knowledge and actually taking the time and caring about my Carport. She expedited the process. Everyone else spent 8 to 9 months doing absolutely nothing but when I got into Tammy‘s hands, I got the carport done in three weeks. It was such a good experience that I just ordered a second Carport and I’m hoping that it’ll get done in another three weeks. The quality of the carport was good. The erectors did a great job and Elvis was amazing and Josh there Salesman was professional. I really happy with my experience. I would suggest using them. Thank you for patience and professionalism. My workshop build was " outside the box" with a custom radiant barrier and slotted hat channel configuration. There were learning curves and mods but the end result was very good. The install manager was very helpful and the crew was very hard working. My experience with Eagle Carports was very pleasant. I do have one complaint...they changed the delivery and installation dates twice ( this would not have been problem except it is winter time here and I got a bit antsy not knowing if I might be forced to wait until spring to have a protective covering over my full time live in RV.) ON the positive side the delays were only about three weeks and our weather held beautiful. They did keep in contact with me and when they came, the four man crew did an excellent job. Surprisingly fast, professional, and courteous. The installation was finished in one days time. I gave the entire five stars because I tried to work with another company first...that was a terrible experience...I finally canceled my order. that company would receive a minus three stars. All the people at this office were very friendly and patient with my rather frequent questions.
